Staff- Very youthful and full of energy. They were all very attentive to my questions and needs. I can tell that they enjoyed being at work that day. There was genuine happiness in the shop. :) Gelato-I am vegan, so I was able to pick from a few options, which I was happy about. I bought them all. The gelato is soooo fresh! I can taste the real fruit. It is not overpowered by sweetness. Shop- The inside of the shop was really nice. Even though there were four other customers I felt the space was quite open and airy. They also have some books you can read while enjoying your gelato.

Snooky? I asked for a Halloween-only gelato, but it was just a double gelato without the ghost cookie that I should be riding. Moreover, it is 100 yen more expensive than double gelato. I didn't say it was just a photo, but it was on other people's. The taste was normal, and I was worried about the taste and unfamiliarity of the young male clerk. There were some veteran women who came out from the middle, but they were all frustrated and didn't smile. It was a taste and customer service that I didn't want to go to again.
