The building is beautiful because it is still new. There is a large parking lot outside and it is free. * Naganuma area was damaged by the flood due to Typhoon No.19, and volunteers are accepted here at Yanagihara Public Hall (as of October 2019)

As of November 2019, it functions as the Northern Disaster Volunteer Center The Self-Defense Forces are stationed, volunteers are gathered and are full of energy for reconstruction. Do your best, Nagano City! !

There is a facility with a hall and a gymnasium as well, with a large parking lot and a beautiful building. It is vacant than going to the city hall, and I would like to use it in the future.
