Then, I moved to the procedure of card reissue. I got a new card and I was asked to sign so I signed it. The identity was not confirmed. After signing, I was issued a contract stating that a reissue fee would be incurred, and I was also asked to sign it. I understood that I would charge for the reissue, but the card was not lost, and it was clear that I was under the locker in the gym facility, so this would happen until I was shown the contract I did not recognize it. I am not convinced to pay the fee, and when I ask, "Are you sure you want to check under the locker again?" "I'm fine. I will discard the contract and the card you signed. Because I signed it once. , But I can not really discard it. " I could not get the card. Although I have a card under the locker in the gym facility, I can not agree that I have to pay a reissue fee and have to reissue the card, and I resigned. You will not be asked for the reason for leaving when you leave. The next day, I called the manager of Fast Gym 24 and talked about what happened. Even if there is a card in the gym's facilities, it will be treated as lost if it is not at hand and confirmed again that it will be reissued with a fee. Later, when the manager tried to get the card, I was informed that I could take it. The employee confirmed that he could not get the card after 10 minutes of confirmation if he wanted to take it, but he got it when the manager tried later. When re-issuing the card, without first confirming the identity of the card and not accepting the charge, the card is first requested to sign the card, and if it is not accepted that the charge will not be generated and the sign is refused (according to the employee) It was said that I (customer) had caused a violation of Jim's rule that "You can not destroy it after signing." I will leave the gym here and go elsewhere. Employees do not particularly solve the problem. Please be careful as you may think that the same thing may happen because you need to insert and remove the card when using the locker.
