The owner was a very kind person. He gave me some advise to maintain the bicycle well with free air for the tires. I don't know it is always free but it was nice.
The customer service is so bad that I naturally don't want to talk to the store manager. He was poorly technician, and when he asked for inspection, he didn't seem to be willing to go all the way to the end, so he left the bicycle repaired halfway. You may not be qualified as a bicycle mechanic.
