I think that the number of cake shops that make cakes with a solid taste is decreasing. Even if you call yourself a "France confectionery specialty store" or a "German confectionery specialty store", are you improving "light", "moderately sweet", and "easy to eat" for Japanese people? I feel that there are many cake shops that have been made. Of course, overseas is not the same as before, but rather I heard that there are also genuine shops that reimport Japanese trends and work on transformation, but still a long-established store loved by the locals Seems to keep the old-fashioned "sweet and solid cake" (although it is sold by TV and teacher) 💦 It seems that it is close to such a long-established store (By the way, Mr. Secession is centered on the orthodox "Vienna confectionery" ). It may be that Japanese ingredients are used to make it easier for Japanese people to eat just because I don't understand it, but at least I don't think it's just a fashionable cake that "doesn't feel like eating".

I bought it for offering. Since it is a shop where Mr. Nishimura Coffee is opened in Kobe, there is also an eating and drinking space, so if you have time you can enjoy it with delicious coffee ☕️🍰 There is a coffee shop called Muramura in Kobe across the road. Both have parking lots, so it's nice to take a break 🚗

Today, I bought a whole cake with my wife on the 1st anniversary, and attached a message plate, but I pointed out that the anniversary was misspelled. I wondered if I could prepare a new message plate, but I added over the wrong message and the result was messy. I didn't want to get angry because it was a special anniversary, so I put up on the spot, but I felt very uncomfortable, so I made a complaint over the phone. Even if the taste is delicious, the cake shop that responds like this will never use it again.
