I just wanted to hear it, but it was a terrible phone call, probably because I misunderstood it as a complaint. Even when I hung up the phone because I was treated as a bad guy, I was saddened to hear the words I was saying to the people around me.
There is old harm. I was instructing the staff on the phone in a very strong tone, I asked for a spare key, but I could change the battery, I did not apologize, I did not feel troublesome.
