About half a year ago, I was able to use customers comfortably and smartly, but I did not know if the staff changed when I contacted the self-insurance contract and maintenance consultation yesterday, but I am familiar I couldn't stay, and as if I was talking to an amateur, I couldn't complete the schedule and wasted up an hour. It ’s very disappointing because it ’s close to the Land Transport Bureau and it ’s a reliable shop in me. I don't usually give negative evaluations, but I will post with the hope of improvement.
There seems to be a low evaluation comment, but I bought N-WGN here, and Mr. S who was in charge contacted me frequently during the maintenance period and was satisfied because it was improved.
Even when I visited before, there was no customer service. Probably because it sells, but the customer service was too bad and I stopped buying.
Since I wanted something some years later, I came back and told me that I wanted to change the day because I could not meet the promised time due to overtime work on the purchase day. I was waiting for the caller to tell me "I will contact you again", but I haven't contacted you for more than two weeks so I declined. I had a car I wanted, but I couldn't have a long relationship with a person in charge who couldn't build a relationship of trust with Honda.
