Ok, so I forgot to bring my passport and driver’s license and asked if they could accept a photo copy. The manager just said no and I spent half an hour traveling back to my hotel and back to the car rental place to pass him my documents. I thought he needed to verify the authenticity or something, but all he did was to take it for 30seconds and photocopy it. I mean, what is the difference between a photo and photocopy? Worse still, I was told that my car would be on the 8th floor, but when I went up, there was no one. I went down and was told that it was on the rooftop instead. Car was old and worn, and I think the worst part of my experience that took the cake was that even though they made a mistake of misguiding me to the wrong floor, there was ZERO APOLOGY. That was unbefitting if any service standard.

Very kind staff. Only Times provides 7-seated car near our hotel. It's good to visit Uji or Nara by a rental car.

It's a little troublesome to go to the rooftop, but it's a necessary and sufficient service.

Access is good in the center of the city, but going up a multi-storey car park to the tenth floor rooftop is quite difficult and time consuming. In addition, there may be no staff on the roof, and in that case, there will be additional time loss as you will call the office and get up. Cospa is good, so we have used it multiple times, but there were times when there were difficulties depending on the car model. There was an unusual noise in the windowpane, and I changed the car once. Two built-in USB terminal connection errors. I'm a little worried because there are many cars that have problems for the number of uses.

There is nothing to explain when driving, and people without experience may be a bit dangerous. There are few gas stations nearby, and the entrance is not very easy to find in the alley. But everything else is fine.
