My kids enjoy games there. A good place for kids to learn and enjoy.
The place looks like from the late 80's, it's a good place if you are 70 years old or more, mainly older folks there.
For me It's not worth the membership price since, it's almost the same as Gold's Gym.
The machines are new and so is the cardio equipment, but not too many of them. The free weight area is limited and old, not that you care how old a dumb bell is though. They have: Smith machine, bench press, two benches, dumb bells go up to 30kg, there is only one barbell and the staff complains if you do dead lifts because it's "too noisy".
my wife enjoyed coming here as they have a lesson where you can swim with your kids.
I searched online and called to confirm the rate plan. The phone was answered by a man and he seemed uneasy, but for the time being, I was told about the fee to be paid each time for the pool and the admission fee, so I thought I would go.
When I called again a month later, a woman came out. When I told him I wanted to go today, I was told that I had to make a reservation the day before and that the pay-as-you-go fee was higher than the previously announced fee. The only thing that was different from what I was talking about before was that I didn't apologize and said that there was no such plan, and there was no answer to the question, so I was uncomfortable with the long talk. It was a waste of telephone charges because the person who talked to me wasn't talking at all.

I feel that the adults of the gym does not take too much power?
Inquiry of the phone is polite but takes always time.
