Very good gym (aerobic and anaerobic machines) With a free parking, sauna, massage chairs and swimming pool. As a bonus they have a variety of activities (abs target, Zumba, jpop, boxing... With different difficulty levels) Friendly staff and some of them speak English I recommend it ;)

The gym is clean, with lots of equipment, and the air conditioning is good, so you can train comfortably. The weight is light. There are disinfectants everywhere, and they are wiped off after use, and the staff also disinfects them quite often, so I am very happy with the cleanliness that I can see. Some people haven't returned their weights or take long breaks on the machine. Many people are chatting endlessly everywhere. I felt that the atmosphere of the entire user was rather low. I told you to have fun together. Of course, there are also people who are serious about training. There are some people who cannot swim in the swimming course, which is prohibited from overtaking. The guards are often absent and have no voice, so if they catch up, they can't do anything about it. I don't want you to just put a signboard on the segregation.

I went for a tour. It looked spacious and easy to use. The staff is kind and caring. Although it seems to be singing for beginners, For the aging society, it will grow in the future. However, there was a little dust in the store. I hope they do a little more cleaning.
