Seems like a nice park for toddlers spending their afternoon, but all I found was workers on their breaks. There's a fountain without flowing (or any) water in it.

Wonderful clean and very popular local park and playground. Although there is no grass it is meticulously kept clean by the public who use it, and it is a great spot for sun fresh air and peaceful "undisturbed but not necessarily quiet" people watching. It is a different experience from nyc where the occupation of a park has the added consideration of police action and legal consequences

Ahhh! A welcome place to rest and eat after the Nishiki Markets two streets down. Good to get away briefly from the crowds and traffic.

Its a small place, but very convenient with kids and it has very nice cherry blossoms
