When I went to the reception, the clerk in front of me didn't know, and when I called out, I said "I'm just busy" and returned to my job. I know I'm waiting because the 60-minute waiting card is standing, but what about not giving the reception or the order to wait? I was left alone by an older female clerk in glasses.
