One of the best bars in Hakuba. I love the atmosphere, the food, and the friendly staff. Refuel is open late and open during the green season. Highly recommended for dinner, drinks, or late night snacks. Side note: If you decide to play games with the staff and find yourself in last place of said game you'll have to take a shot. Refuel rules.

Cool down stairs bar with great food. Very happy and friendly service, the area is not all that big so get in early for happy hour til 6pm. The food is excellent great fish & chips, the burgers look great.
