When I was alone at home when I was in elementary school, a man broke into the grounds of my house and yelled out loud, trying to open the front door, so I trembled and called 110. The policeman who answered the phone decided, "Oh, yes, a person with a disability who has lost sight of his house," and said, "I'll let you go around." I didn't even ask my name or address here, I didn't come to my house to confirm safety, and I didn't even dispatch a police car. If you call 110, you should be required to be dispatched, but you ignore it because it is a call from a child. There is a certain amount of negligence. This was about fifteen years ago, but I still feel a lot of resentment. I was tightly locked, but I was afraid that I might have broken into a window and a man might have invaded me, or I might have been killed. If your child has a family, please be sure to protect yourself. It will not be dispatched if the child reports. The Kyoto Prefectural Police is of no use in an emergency.
