Unfortunately, I didn't think this shop was a conscientious one. Previously, two spokes broke as a child tried to move forward with the bicycle locked. So, when I asked Mr. Asahi to replace the spokes, it was strongly recommended that the entire wheel including the rim should be replaced because the left and right balance was out of order. I wasn't convinced and refused the repair, and I asked Daiwa-san, who was a little far away, to replace the spokes, but the wheels did not shake and it was cheap. I think Asahi needs a little more customer-oriented response.

I went to preview when I bought a bicycle for my child. When I went up to the second floor where the children's bicycles were placed, a female clerk followed me later. The clerk had a casual attitude when asked about bicycles. Inside the quiet store, I felt the clerk's eyes from behind ... It was so hard to see, so I decided to go home early. On the first floor on the way home, I saw people who had paid the bills smiling and politely serving customers, and I understood that people who did not buy could not afford the time. Of course, I bought my child's bicycle at a different store.

If you ask me to inspect my bicycle, it's okay to work carefully and in no time! There was no place to fix it, so there was no charge. It's a very reliable bicycle shop, so I'll take care of it in the future 😃

Anyway, the clerk's attitude is too bad, looking down on the customer I can't say a word of welcome. I dropped off while I was leaving school, so I had to put out a road bike for maintenance. When I went to pick up the road bike that I had sent out for maintenance, I was hit by another bicycle and when I saw it later, there were many scratches. I was wearing Campagnolo tires, but I was told that I couldn't fix it because I didn't have the tools. I'm a bicycle shop, but I don't have any tools. I don't think that's possible. We do not recommend sending it out for maintenance.

I was taken care of by repairing the recall of one and two tablets of Bridgestone Cycle, but after the repair, the bicycle started to go to the right, right to right, it was very dangerous and difficult to ride, and when I went to the store again , "It's like this! It's like this!" "If it's difficult to ride, change to a new car" with a face and attitude. I ran straight until I asked for a recall. I will never go there again! !! At a later date, I consulted with another bicycle shop and asked for repair again. After that, I can ride well! Cycle Base Asahi Yao is a store that cannot be recalled satisfactorily!
