Since I live far away, I used it several times as a member each time.
I think that the machines that are available are one of the best in Kansai. I usually go to a general gym, but the trainer's guidance and other members are also high level, so I use it occasionally to get stimulation.
I would like to use it again.
We specialize in weight training. It is a facility where you can feel the owner's commitment. There are some machines that you can hardly see, so you can enjoy it a lot!
The owner M is very humorous and interesting. I think it is the most interesting in Nara. When you visit, it will surely get you into a whirlpool of laughter.
The facilities are enriched and the instructor is kind and does not have to say anything.
There are no treadmills, but there are other aerobic machines.
Fully equipped with weight training equipment (machines, free weights).
Especially the Nautilus machine is exceptional. Back, chest, legs and arms are recommended.

With the addition of the Steyr Machine, Bull Plate, Ereiko's Official Shaft, NAUTILUS Compandrow (Plate Road), and Rope Lee, it's even better.
