We would like to express our sympathy for the damage caused by the heavy rain in Kyushu. Izakaya was selected as the Michelin guide's bib gourmand. The gem is Ichibo, a Japanese black beef from Kagoshima, and the Awakening of the Inca in Hokkaido. Deep-fried eel tempura from Tsushima, spring rolls of shrimp and lotus root, and large-sized pesticide-free tempura from Nishikicho. I used Shiota salt and kabosu, but this was good. Sake and shochu are carefully selected. I chose Shine Muscat dessert and Kyoho. When I came to Hitoyoshi, the Inaho family and the locals took me. In addition to delicious food, the ingredients, colors and textures are also wonderful. I was glad that the sake was recommended according to my preference.
