A park loved by locals, where the Ayase Rural Park Festival is held every August. In addition to the beautiful public toilets, there are playground equipment such as slides and swings, a play area where barbecues can be made, and a clay pot where sumo wrestling competitions are held. In summer there is a need for sun protection, as there is not a lot of shade. There is an elementary school building in front of you and it is busy on weekdays. However, the holiday is overturned and quiet with no people. It is necessary to apply in advance to use the facility (Niigata City Minami Ward Office), but it can be used all year round.
