I thought it was easy because it was 2 hours round trip, but it's quite hard! I didn't pass anyone on weekdays. A cane is a must. Please be careful when going down rather than going up. Radio waves come in somehow. The air is very delicious!

This is my second climb. I went to Ote Guo, where I didn't go before. I tried to go from the ruins of Samurai Residence, but gave up and finally went down Babamaru to the south. I could hardly see the stone walls on the trail, so I was not satisfied with the last climb, but this time I went to Oteku and I was very satisfied. There are six layers of wide walls and each wall has a large amount of stone walls. I was also surprised by the size of the bottom Guo. If you can climb Mt. Shirahata, we recommend that you go to Oteku.

It will be a stone step as you go a little and it will continue until about half of the journey to Honmaru. - On the slope on the castle side there were stones invisible to the natural stones. There was a place where stone walls remained in a direction perpendicular to the slope, and it looked like climbing stone walls. There was a stone pavement reminiscent of the foundation of the gate on the way. It is interesting to know when a lot of stone is used.

This place is said to have been the residence of Akamatsu Enshin. Recently, it seems that it is being advertised as "Falling Castle Shirohata Castle" due to its impregnable terrain. Also, on November 23, every year, there is the Shirohata Castle Festival in the immediate vicinity. I have never climbed a mountain, but in the past, my daughter, who was in the lower grades of elementary school, climbed with her grandpa. My daughter was so good at that time, so she seems to have climbed Guigui (laughs). (Lol) There is nothing special around the trailhead, and it is a peaceful landscape. In spring, wisteria flowers grow naturally and are beautiful. In the early summer, fireflies stop at night. But... Be careful not to go see fireflies. Light clothing is strictly prohibited. Because there is a pit viper. There used to be a couple who walked in fluttering clothes and sandals to see fireflies, but... Let's know that there are snakes and insects wherever the fireflies are full of nature. However, if you pay attention to it, I think it is a hidden spot where you can see beautiful wisteria flowers and fireflies.
