I often use it. The male store manager always smiled and served me nicely, so I had a good impression of the store itself. When I visited the store for the first time in a long time, the person with the area manager's name tag was in charge of the cash register, but the response was really stupid and the worst. I was so angry. If it is a part-time job, what about the company as a full-time area manager with that attitude? Also, there were crepe signs and advertisements all over the place, so when I tried to ask for crepe, I said, "I'm not doing crepe right now." In that case, I didn't want you to put up a crepe sign, and I wanted you to indicate that it was canceled so that you can understand it. To be honest, I would like to refrain from using this store anymore. I would like you to understand that the impression of the store will change with just one customer service attitude.

I ordered a birthday ice cake in the store without a reservation, but it was in stock and I was able to purchase it. The children were happy too. It was delicious

The whole family likes ice and uses it regularly. I think the shop staff are kind and smart, and the shop is a nice place with a bright atmosphere and easy to enter. If you say Thirty-one, you know that 31 types of ice are famous, but there are also ice that changed depending on the season, which is also attractive. Of course, there are also classic ice creams, so I'm looking forward to wondering what to eat every time I go. I don't do summer (because ice cream sells well?) But I enjoy doing crepes too.
