I don't want to add stars. It was a really annoying customer service. Even if I was looking at the flowers at the store, I couldn't talk to them, and even if I asked them to make a bouquet from here, why did they recommend an existing one and I don't want to make it? Impression. When I think I've finally started making it, after asking only the color, I completely ignore this existence and make it silently by myself. When I was worried about this and asked him to do this, I felt uncomfortable because I was making it while saying something to myself. From beginning to end, the color of the wrapping is also the one in the store, and I was asked "Is this okay?", What else? When I heard that, there were about 6 colors. If I didn't ask, it would have been chosen from one color. It was a clerk who had nothing good from the beginning to the end. The name is Mr. S. The finished bouquet was also unconvincing because I couldn't communicate with each other and gave up saying it. It may be good to buy an existing bouquet, but I will never use it again to have it made.

友人の引っ越し祝いの花束を一から作りたかったので、店員に声をかけたら「もともとブーケとして出来上がったものがありますけどこれではダメですか?」などと、嫌そうな顔をされました。 いざ花束を作る時も、色味や雰囲気など相談して作って欲しかったのにこちらに声かけもせず事務的に花を選ばれ、こちらから慌てて色味の要望を伝えると空返事で結局思い通りの雰囲気ではないものが出来上がりました。 友人が好きな花を伝え、入れてくださいとお願いしても、わかっているのかわかっていないのかよくわからない返事をされ不信感しかありません。 ラッピングの包み紙も、何種類かあったはずが提示されず勝手に決められそうになる始末。 作るのでお待ちくださいなどの声かけもなく、最終的に出来上がった花束の確認がこちらにないまま渡されました。 こんなに無愛想でやる気のないお花屋さんは初めてでした。友人への贈り物なのでこちらの気持ちを汲んで選んで欲しかったですし、丁寧な接客がなくても、花束の用途をこちらに問うくらいの声掛けは普通だと思っていたのでがっかりです。 二度と利用しません。

Right next to the Ebina Station ticket gate on the Odakyu Line. The signboard had changed from Odakyu Florist to Hibiya Kadan. There are wonderful bouquets that you will want to pick up. I feel that the number of kinds of 1,000-yen bouquets has increased, and the number of flowers and greens that I purchase separately is less than before.

I used it to give flowers to the teachers when my child was graduating, but it was a little disappointing. I felt that it would have been better to buy the mini bouquet prepared at the store. I went right after the store opened, but the flowers weren't very lively. Is it unsold due to the influence of corona? I thought.

I used it before. There are various kinds of finished bouquets, foliage plants, etc., so I made a good choice.
