Good service.

1. COMPUTERS: selection is horrible ... lots of old PC models. Lots of old overpriced Apple's. Absolutely NOTHING for computer builders (no MOBO's, no chips, no graphics cards, ZILCH!). 2. TEEN CLOTHING: Clothing selection is horrible. Most female teen items are inappropriate for school. Colors and quality look like they were selected by someone for a specific 3rd world country southeast of Japan. Who orders this stuff anyway? 3. MEN'S CLOTHING: terrible men's suits selection. 4. KEROSENE SALES: Kerosene (needed for offpost residents living in un-insulated Japanese homes) require the shoppette employees to lock the shoppette door, run down the road, open up the gas station. power up the pumps, wait for you to finish pumping, then they run a credit card transaction (no cash accepted). Then they run down the road and reopen the door of the store for any waiting customers. When asked why shoppette management doesn't get an automatic pump, the reply is "it is illegal-environmental laws in Japan". When you point out that the Navy Base has automatic pumps, they have nothing to say. Obviously, their answer was made up. 5. SALES FORCE: when asked if you "found everything you need", if you say "no" they don't know how to react. The standard line is "you can go online to buy it." 6. Unfortunately, I recommend Amazon for everything. Very sad.

Typical post exchange. Gardening tools and item selection is better than other bases in the area.

They have a good selection of items. Very nice employees!

Customer service is outstanding. Over-priced compared to the Navy Exchange in Atsugi 8 km away.
