The receptionist was polite, Ochan's boss who was on his side was messed up with those who were dealing with customers. It is a middle point between Senbon Marutamachi and Senbon Old Nijo. Since it is not an institutional post office, there is no Yu-Yu counter, and it comes to pick-up from Nishijin Post Office twice a day in the morning and afternoon. If you are in a hurry, it is much faster to go to Nishijin Post Office.
