Personally, cut flowers are recommended. I always buy cut flowers, but I have a chance to have bouquets for 300 yen to 800 yen in the shop, so I can feel free to make bouquets myself. The clerk also gave me some advice to make the flower last longer, and it was very kind to me to make suggestions in an easy-to-understand manner even when I want to add a little flower. Even if you tell your budget and ask for an arrangement, it will make it as per the image! But reasonable! I am always grateful for your help!
