Food, while pretty good, doesn’t match the standout surroundings. Went for the Demi buffet lunch, which has great desserts but a so so spread and ok steaks and fish for the mains. Decent service

I would say under satisfactory to this place.. don’t be fooled by the ambiance.. that’s all they have.. been disappointed maNy times to-this place in all sense..

I made a reservation by specifying the time of arrival and the location of the seat in advance. However, when I came to the store, I made a reservation but was told that there were no seats available, so I made him wait. Then, a different pizza was brought in due to an order mistake by the clerk. At that time, both of them finished their meals and went home without paying attention and feeling dissatisfied. When I inquired about it on the night of the day, I found that the customer who came to the store without a reservation did not return even if the time was exceeded despite the 90-minute system, so I made a reservation and had to wait. I knew it for the first time. And, although the memo I wrote when ordering the pizza was correct, it seems that the button on the terminal to order was next to me and I made a mistake. It seems that the woman who had a flashy atmosphere when she came to the store didn't understand the reservation well, and the young man who took the order didn't notice when she was eating. It is really a pity. The quality of pasta and pizza was lower than before, and none of the dessert buffets were cold, so I regret it.

Use the cafe with friends. I had foreigners deal with me from beginning to end, but I didn't go to this place at all, saying that my friends were always smiling and cute. What's more, is it delicious, waving your hands many times as you pass by? (Of course only to friends) Every time the conversation was interrupted, I became more and more frustrated, and although I wanted to relax, I ended up coming out immediately. I don't know if it was a very type, but it's the worst as a hospitality business and it feels bad. If you are looking at reviews, please be careful. It's a shame because the cake was delicious. When I hired such a clerk, I thought it was a low-level shop. I will never go again.
