Wow the most original ramen I've ever tried. And this is surprisingly one of the best I've ever eaten so far! I highly recommend you this ramen. Tasty, delicious and the meat was so good!

Opened in Awaza, Honmachi, Osaka, a unique ramen restaurant created by a ramen craftsman and an Italian chef 🍜
The store is on the 2nd floor, with no signboards such as ramen menus and an Italian-style appearance, so you may pass by several times (laughs)
When you go up the narrow stairs, you will find a ticket vending machine, high ceilings and white walls, giving you a clean atmosphere.

The novelty of eating an appetizer platter at a ramen shop (!)
It's an Italian chef's skill shop.
Ramen is a creamy foam type of chicken vegetable plain hot water soup.
A wonderful collaboration ramen made by an Italian chef with flavored vegetables, olive oil and porcini, and finished with chicken white water soup by a ramen craftsman 🍜
The exquisite soup with the porcini scent in the mouth was so delicious that I drank it all.
It seems that you can enjoy the change with beef suji meat sauce (red sauce + 100 yen) in a tantan noodle style, and shrimp basil sauce (green sauce + 100 yen) in a genovese style.
I found a little-known ramen 💪
It's a chicken paitan, but it had a habit.
I don't know what it is, but I've always been interested in it because it has a unique flavor and smell that other stores don't have.
I ate the limited menu "Green Yellow Society" (¥ 900). The vegetables on top are so delicious that the chopsticks don't stop. The inside of the store was a happy space with songs from the green-yellow society.
