I remember that it was on the 2nd floor of the bus center, opposite the St-Marc Cafe, but I couldn't find a shop.

From meals to snacks. It is an assortment that those who like hardwares may be happy. There was a taste of firm dough that can not be tasted with factory bread. But unfortunately I do not fit my mouth. Cream cheese and bacon bread are too peppery and spicy, croissants are too buttery and salty. There are breads with natural taste and breads for children, but there are few. It is recommended for those who like bread whose claim to seasoning is clear.

It feels a little expensive, but everything is reasonably priced. However, since there is no kiln, it is impossible to make it fresh.

I've only been to the main store so I stopped by when I walked to Sado Kisen. I was impatient because there was no shop on the Googlemap location, but I finally found it on the official website of the shop because it was reopening on the second floor. Purchased fermented butter croissants and 60% rye. It seems to be open on the second floor until around February 2021.

It is easy to drop by for buying things I have been there many times. It is delicious that one by one is devised, The price is reasonable at around 200 yen. Recommended for those who like a lot of hard dough and hard bread. I think that it is more suitable for eating than snacks because there is a relatively large amount of oil and there is a volume.
