通い始めてもうすぐ3年になります!
第二子育児休暇中に通い始めて健康的に楽しく痩せられましたが、その後もずっと続けていきたい、ずっと健康的な筋肉、上がったおしりをキープしたいと思って職場復帰後も週一で通い続けています。
食事バランスや、太りにくいスイーツや、運動の楽しさを教えてもらえます!
生後半年だった娘も3歳半になり、私がトレーニングしてる間は横のキッズスペースで大人しくブロックやお絵描きをしています。
一人でモチベーション保ち続けるのが難しい方や時間を作って自分でトレーニングしようと思えない方はぜひおすすめです!楽しく痩せれます!
I started going 5 months ago to improve my muscle weakness and chronic physical condition due to aging and lack of exercise. I chose personal training because I wanted to make sure I got results.
Fortunately, the effect of the training began to appear from around the third month, and people around me began to praise me for my clean posture! I wasn't aware of the diet, but I've lost 2 kilograms with my usual diet and I'm happy with the results I expected. Also, because my physical condition is stable, I no longer need the massage I used to go to regularly.
The trainer thinks about the menu according to the physical condition of the day and devises so that even I, a beginner, can have fun, so training is not a pain at all and I am looking forward to it every time. I think it's only private that you can adjust your body habits that you don't notice.
The knowledge and skills of the trainers are also excellent, and you can receive appropriate advice for your physical condition, and you can leave it to us with confidence in professional and gentlemanly correspondence.
I'm still aiming to improve my body shape, so I'm looking forward to future changes!

体型維持、筋力強化、ゴルフのパフォーマンスアップの為に、オープン当初から通い始めて、早3年になります。
担当してくださるトレーナーの方が柔道整復師の資格を持っておられるので、身体のちょっとした歪みや変化を見逃さず、指摘改善してもらえるので、今では接骨院不要になりました。
体幹もかなり強化され、ゴルフスイングも安定してきました。
トレーニングメニューも身体の状態を見ながら、コンディションニングと筋力強化をバランスよく取り入れてもらえるのは有難いです。これぞ、パーソナルの強みだと思います(^-^)/
3年前にランニングのパフォーマンスアップのために入会。課題としていた体幹強化に取り組み、おかげさまでサブスリー(フルマラソン3時間切り)を達成することが出来ました。
トレーニングメニューについては、基本お任せしていますが、「ここを強化したい!」「大会前なのでコンディショニング中心のメニューにしたい」など、要望を聞いてくださいます。トレーニングはキツいけど、こなせなくはない絶妙なバランスで組んでくださいます。
加圧トレーニングのジムなので、ダイエット目的の方が多いですが、スポーツをされる方にもオススメです!
After giving birth, I was worried about changes in weight.
When I thought I was thin to the limit, I suddenly gained weight, my pelvis hurt, and eventually I couldn't wear the clothes I used to wear.
I was worried without confidence until I joined, but now I have lost nearly 5 kg!
Also, the pain in the pelvis has disappeared.
I am grateful for the training suggestions that suit me and the wishes I have made!

Above all, the teacher (trainer) always gives me advice with positive remarks, and I think that my heart, which tends to be bearish, will do my best again.
