We stayed for 2 nights at a touring and fishing camp. The old man who likes fishing will tell you local information such as points according to the fishing, so I think that you will not have any problems with fishing. The toilet and kitchen are comfortable to use, so the function as a base camp in Nishiizu is more than sufficient. You can't see the sea and the bonfire is NG, so it might be a little disappointing if you expect a photo.

It was an old-fashioned campsite. The equipment is old, but it was clean and maintained. The caretaker's uncle was also a friendly person. The site is not small and there are plants next to it, so some consideration was given. Also, since it is a campsite near the sea, it was very convenient because there was a rope so that we could dry wet swimsuits. It's not a place with high standards and exhaustion like a recent campsite, but I personally felt very comfortable in a space where I could feel the good old campsite. I wanted to use it again.

Hanazawa, an auto campsite. About 3 or 4 hours drive from Tokyo. Two families took the site next to each other. 2 If you are thinking about using the two sites well and are worried about the parking position of the car and the direction of the tent, the staff at the campsite suggests that there is a space (free) to park the car in another section. Resolution. It seemed like we were observing our movements from the office, and it seemed that they were worried, so it was very helpful. Peg used Snow Peak's solid stakes when setting up his tent, but it was a little hard because there were some hard spots. Maybe it's not possible with a peg that comes with a tent purchase. It's important to note.

The best part here is the natural cooler that blows on summer nights. The cool breeze from night to morning drives away insects and blows comfortably until morning. The uncle at the campsite is willing to teach you various places to enjoy in Izu. Even though I am old, I am doing my best. I want to go again this year. The dog is OK here.
