Many of the cashiers at the cash register are friendly and attentive, but the people who take out the goods give priority to taking out the goods, and even if the customers pass by, they are indifferent or the words are violent. There are many people who do not know the basics of customer service, such as passing by first without giving up to the customer when they meet in the aisle. The Saiin store and the Teramachi store are the same. It's been eight months since I started going here, but neither the manager of each store nor the person in charge of the headquarters has noticed that it has been left unattended. I think. Even if something goes wrong, I don't think we can expect a sincere response in Kyoto. I like business supermarkets, so I pray that the manager in charge of Kyoto will change. 90% of the products are out of stock on weekdays, weekends and holidays, and there are many standard products of various genres. The assortment is poor and there are only two types in one item. I couldn't buy 4 items I wanted today because they were out of stock. The freshness of the vegetables is also quite bad. It's about half rotten, so I think you should never buy vegetables. So basically, I go to the Saiin store, which has a good selection, even if it takes 40 minutes by bicycle.

It's a very valuable and economical store in this era. In the hot season, I want you to sell homemade side dishes that sell ice cream like a tremendous amount of force. The Umezu store (crushed) had a great selection of side dishes and was very delicious.

全体に安価ですが、外国産の物もあり、もう少し国内産の食材が欲しいと感じています。
