時間の無駄でした。 院内には誰も居ないのに30分は待たされ、(その間話し声や笑い声がずっとしてました。)やっと呼ばれたと思ったら『これくらいで病院来たの？』なんて言われて。こっちは大事な家族なんで何かあってからじゃ遅いんです。こんな病院2度と行きません。ちなみに別の病院ではちゃんと診察してくださり、結局手術することになりました。 うちは、猫でしたが何が専門なんでしょうかね？

I visited a 17-year-old cat. When I was seen at another hospital, I was told that it was unavoidable because it was old, so I was not expecting much, but this teacher said that treatment was necessary even if I was old. It was. I was originally a cat with rhinitis, but at the first hospital I had only palpated, but here I also had eye drops and nebulizer treatment. I also thought it was important to receive a second opinion for the animal hospital.

The dog at home is timid, but the teacher here and the hospital atmosphere seem to be fine. In addition to dogs, budgerigars are also taken care of.

The hospital I usually use on a typhoon day was closed, and even if I asked by phone, I was told that I could not do it because there were no people, so I asked this hospital. On the phone, I was relieved that it was said that I was closed from the afternoon, but if I was asked to explain the situation for a while, I would say "I can see you here too", but I was angry and said something I thought it would feel. In the end, if you go to the (medical) hospital and press the intercom to force the teacher to see you, you will be told that there is no confirmation, and the same thing can be asked if you want to see you here and again. You can't see me with questions and answers. Certainly it may be difficult to do because it is not a family hospital (only vaccination), but I felt very sad about such a response despite being open. If I couldn't see, I wouldn't want to say something like “I can see you here, but” with the hope. If it is not a typhoon, it may not have been this kind of response, but if you are thinking about this hospital in the future, I would like you to keep in mind that this type of response is possible.
