AVOID! On Saturday we tried to book an excursion with this company. After introducing our payment details and pressing "purchase" we got this message: "Notice! Instant Confirmation slots are sold out! Your booking has been changed to a Request Booking". We then went to our orders page and nothing was there, as if nothing had been booked. Nothing dodgy so far except when I checked my bank and saw that the money had been taken. I obviously got very worried and I contacted them only to be told that they had no record of my payment and that I should sort it with my bank. After a couple of emails back and forth with different agents answering, they couldn't do anything!! The cherry on the cake was when they suggested that if we wanted to proceed with the booking, we should give them another card!! YES, I was thinking, take more money from me! Very dodgy, please be aware!!

Location in thickly populated area but well maintained

We had a good time with our guide Levin. He cares to ensure we could experience Mt Fuji 5th station. The Fuji Flight was awesome and wow...on the whole the day trip to Mt Fuji, Lake Kawaguchi and Oshino Ninja village is great.

When I took a tour of Mr John in Melbourne, Australia, I was invited to a persistent meal with a guide when I was alone with the guide. I was a Japanese guide, but since I wasn't in good spirits and I was 10 years old, I honestly just pulled. I wonder if I could do such things to customers during work, and I was afraid because I was in a closed room because I was in the passenger seat of an ordinary car. I was disappointed because I participated because the word of mouth was good. This time, I wrote the contents with mild contents, but I was distrustful to Bertra because the reviews were not reflected.

VELTRA is useful because there are various tour plans and you can participate even if you are staying overseas as well as in Japan.
