Lower price, a lot of choices
Gyomu Super shops are generally one of my favorite supermarkets, because they have foodservice quantity at foodservice prices. This does mean lots of frozen and canned stuff, but the prices can't be beat. They all kind of appear sort of run down, yet clean and maintained - I'm not sure how they manage that.
This particular Gyomu Super is quite large with a good selection of import food as well as fresh produce and meat at great prices, making it better than many others of the same chain. The only downside (compared to some others of the same chain) is that it doesn't carry alcohol.
Good selection with cheap prices.
It is a disappointing business supermarket. When I went to the west of Hankyu Kawanishi, I occasionally stopped by, but it is smaller and older than many stores. The vegetables were not fresh and looked old. I didn't want to buy it, so I went to many stores.
The shop is small but especially on holidays
