When I ordered a parfait for takeout, a young male clerk who was hitting the cashier put on a paying bag of 2 yen. I said takeout, but didn't ask me to put on the bag. Bag fee if you see a receipt has been arbitrarily recorded. This clerk seemed to be busy with other customers, so the old woman clerk who brought the parfait didn't need the bag, so he said, "But the parfait would stick in this bag?" The male clerk just said, "Ah, it was a takeout, right?" It was incomprehensible why I wouldn't say that a two-yen bag was attached from the beginning. And I say here is not convincing, refund the male clerk eventually 2 yen to hit the cash register, but now that it does not even need a bag, not apologize at all. The attitude is that even if you attach anything that costs money without the permission of the customer and point it out, you do not need to apologize if you refund it. Since it's only 2 yen, I wonder if it's okay to put a bag on its own. I thought it would be a scam to let a customer buy something they didn't want, even with a bag of only 2 yen. I feel that my rights were violated because it was not a matter of amount of money and it was done without confirmation. I used to think that the grandmother's clerk had a bad customer service attitude and felt uncomfortable, but I don't feel like going there anymore.

There are two entrances at the back entrance on the opposite side of the front entrance on the side of Route 27, which makes it easy to enter. When I come to Tsuruga, I definitely stop by for the soft serve ice cream, but today's part of my aunt's response was a little overbearing and I didn't feel so good.

The east mini-stop in Hokuriku. Personal impression to the last, Perhaps there are more customers from other prefectures who have been seeking mini-stops in terms of location than other stores, so I would like to have a more solid customer service. I went there several times, but I thought the atmosphere was n’t bad, so it ’s three stars.

I go many times a week, but the toilet is definitely dirty. There are many things around the toilet bowl. It doesn't clean the floor, so it always smells piss. The area around the outlet is covered with dust. In the first place, there is no cleaning check list anywhere around the toilet. There may be no custom of cleaning regularly. The salesclerk, store manager, SV, headquarters are all low level. It's a busy shop where commuters, neighbor pachisers, beach guests, truck luck, and various guys come, but that's not the case.
