In the Sanada clan castle tour, we saw Numata Castle from Shinshu Ueda Castle and stopped by the long drive round course going south through Nikko. After seeing Numata Castle, I ate in the local cuisine of Numata introduced at the information office. It was like a soy sauce pan with a simple seasoning that was made by pulverizing the flour into dumplings about 5 cm in size and boiled with vegetables. It was a treat.
