It will not be enforced as explained in the enforcement process before the contract. Remodeling fraud? Worker's omission? I didn't know what to say, so when I asked an acquaintance and asked a proper painting company to see it, I was told that I had pulled a loser. It is not recommended for those who are trying to select a vendor based on the reviews here.
