Is it from Etajima? From Kurahashi? The olive oil is kneaded into the dough. The focaccia was savory and delicious. Cheese bread cheese is filled with roasts and has a great response.

One of the handmade bakeries in Etajima city. (The bakery in Youme Town has recently changed to direct management.) Because it uses domestic wheat and no strange additives are used, you can feel secure. The shopkeeper's aunt was very friendly and told me about the business situation. Business hours are from 6am to 6pm. Only closed on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays. However, if there is an event on the island, it will be prioritized, and in that case the shop will be closed. Therefore, people from outside the island should be careful on Saturdays and Sundays. Also, if it is in Etajima city, it will be delivered from one. There are not so many kinds of bread, but I think this is enough. The shop is small and has no flashy decorations so if you are not careful you will pass by. Visit with care.
