Not much to say, except it's atop Sekichu in Minami-Furuya, and it's free. Provides easy access to both Sekichu, Ito Yaoko and other shops within Unicus Minami-Furuya. Covered and Handicap spaces available.

I've been using it recently when I drive to Omiya because it's a corona disaster. It's a little far from the station, but I think 1200 yen during the day is cheap in Omiya. It is spiral to go up, so it is not recommended for people who are not confident in driving.

Due to the intersection of the parking lot entrance and the sidewalk and the traffic jam on the road, the parking lot clerk handles cars with 5 to 6 people. At the time of leaving the warehouse, depending on the traffic conditions, you may be guided to turn left or turn right. There was a staff member who was not good at guiding, and if the car in front turned right, so if I had a right turn signal to turn right, I would be forced to turn left. Parking lot staff who are useless for the large number of people.
