A store next to Marukiramen, in front of the Kinds Home in Akiwa, Ueda. A unique Chinese bar full of Asian taste. Swallows goods and one-piece figure collections are wonderful. Stir-fried Levanilla is delicious. There are two types of mapo tofu, the Sichuan Maru system and the Cantonese system. I received normal mapo tofu, but the sweetness and the richness of the vinegared soy sauce. It's the best if it's sprinkled on rice. It is a seasoning with dark eyes overall, but it is a seasoning that advances sake. The menu is abundant, so the next time you visit, I would like to order some Sichuan Mapo tofu or stir-fried marinated tofu. It was a feast.

On the other side of Cainz, next to Marquis Ramen, the Chinese restaurant is delicious. It's hard to tell what the store name is, but it's written in a small size next to the dining bar and the store name (laughs). I was worried that my friend told me that it was better to go for lunch, so I happened to go nearby at night, so I ate the recommended Levanilla as a knob, so I fell in love with it. It does not have the peculiar bloody smell of the liver that is often found in unsavory shops, has a slimy texture, and the fried condition is just right. The beef goes well with the crisp texture of the bean sprouts and the sauce that is entwined with it. Also, if you like spicy food, Mapo tofu is also good for adjusting the spiciness, and I think it is worth trying it once. It's a bit of a pain because of the location, but if you drink it, it's a bit of a pain. It's a small shop with a good seasoning that gives you a clear taste, but we recommend it.

I visited for the first time at lunch. The shop has 7 counter seats, 2 small table seats (4 people) and a room like a back room at the back right of the entrance. The feature is that the decoration and background music give an ethnic atmosphere, so I thought the food was ethnic, but it was rather a creative Chinese cuisine. This time, we had lunch A (stir fried shrimp and seafood XO 醬) and lunch B (spice-fried chicken spice sauce). Both were well-seasoned and delicious. Is there any relationship between the swallows goods in the store and the store name?

It is a shop of junior college students. The master seems to have been trained in Kanazawa. It is far from Fukui and it is difficult to go, but it is a shop that I would like to gather with friends again. You can recommend it with confidence because it is an excellent dish no matter what you eat.
