A tasteful bakery that refurbished the old private house.Shopkeeper training in Germany.When I say German bread, I imagine a black bread with not good texture, but this is not the case.You can eat pretzels. It seems to be selling irregularly even in grosary in Nagano city and fashionable accessories shop in Obuse.

As expected, it is a genuine preparation. It's wonderfully delicious. Personally, I recommend rye bread. Fig and walnut are also good. Be sure to make a reservation! There are more reserves than breads for sale. The parking lot is limited to 3 cars. The road is narrow, so be careful with the minivan class. Whenever you come to Nakano, you should definitely visit.
