We ordered two meals : extra hot & spicy soup noodles and egg on rice .
The noodle is covered so much chili on it and really really hot & spicy . When I taste it , my tongue is on fire . But it is really delicious . You must add some soy-bean sauce into the rice before you eat it .
Good big portions of food and a wide diversity of noodles! Had the banana shaped gyoza myself and I went away with a full belly for a good price. Would recommend!
We ordered the Manpuku set which comes with Noodles, Fried Rice, Karaage, and Gyoza. Huge portions, super reasonable prices and decent taste. The staff need to be a bit more attentive, but otherwise, a good place. If you’re hungry and order the Manpuku Set, you will leave satisfied.
The hot sesame gyoza are out of this world, excellent, we came back during our brief stay in Kyoto just to have another round! The open kitchen makes for a nice view. Recommended! You'll leave full and very happy!
Discovered this gem after the sushi joint we came for was stuffed full and looked just ok. Wonderful food and pleasant staff, and a great vibe overall. Exactly what we needed after a solid day hiking around Fushimi Inari. Only regret is not sitting at the counter to get the food even hotter direct from the kitchen.
