Hidden gem that’s a few blocks away from the JR Nara. It was a delight to come across Patisserie Karaku as we wanted a short break to rest our feet. We tried the Pear Caramel shaved ice and was pleasantly surprised. Shaved almonds with pear as the cap. A nice hearty caramel syrup within and a cream filling for the base. Talk about blowing expectations out of the water. When we walked into the humble store front we only wanted a cream puff. We never expected to have been taken on a journey experiencing new flavors and delightful pairings. Highly recommend to try on your way back from checking out the deer park and local temples.

Pre-purchase birthday cake. This is the first time for Mont Blanc tart hall cake, but it's very delicious! The scent of liquor and the exquisitely sweet cream of liquor, I had a good celebration. In the rain, the store is full of customers and you can see how popular it is. Next up is buying a shortcake.

The first experience of sweets type shaved ice. The sauce is tightly entwined inside, hiding the jam-like fruit and custard. There may be a lot for women, but the white water that arrives at the service will warm you up. Cospa has no comparison, so I don't know, but I don't feel like I've lost anything.

The autumn limited ice had a rich strawberry and raspberry sauce, and there was plenty of cream inside. Above all, the scent of roses was unusual and delicious.
