Azumayama Park Rapeseed Flower Field

Ah.ma.zing. spot! prepare your legs. It is quite a hike. Seriously. I went around sunset, it was beautiful. I think it is equally beautiful around sunrise because Mt. Fuji will be lit properly.

Lots of wildlife and trails off away from the main park.. it's a blast if your just trying to lose yourself. Great for day hikes.. I would recommend bringing extra snacks and water if you plan on hitting some of the more hard core hikes. I really enjoy Japanese nature. Also watch for snakes during the spring/summer season.

It is not a difficult climb. Quite relaxing view and atmosphere.

Close to station and excellent view of Mt Fuji on clear days. Clear lawn area perfect for picnics. Not a long walk to the top but there is a long set of steps to get there.
