Nice place to visit! Considerably reasonable price for gym. It also has indoor badminton court, football court, gymnastics etc. Locker facility is also available for no cost.
Although it is small, it has a power rack and a Smith machine, and the dumbbells weigh up to 30 kg, so the free weights are fairly substantial.
Free weights are reserved and can be used for up to 20 minutes.
300 yen each time
The parking lot of the shopping mall next door is free for up to 3 hours, so it is convenient after training and shopping.
I'm doing boxing on Saturday. The gymnasium floor is renovated to help maintain my style.
The parking lot on the back is 300 yen for 2 hours. After that, it costs 50 yen every 30 minutes.
The price is cheap and the equipment is old, but I think it is not bad.
