A bakery popular for easy-to-eat hard bread that was relocated and opened on June 14, 2019.
It used to be that you used to have shops in Oita City and Kasuga City Tenjinyama, but now it seems that you were settled down in Kasuga City Shiramizugaoka.
Bread is made from thoroughly selected ingredients such as domestic flour (Hokkaido & Kyushu), German rye, domestic fresh butter, sautéed sugar, Okinawan shimamasu, Tokachi red beans.
The interior is small and the bread types are not so many, but you can see that they are all carefully made.
The owner was serving me when I went, but he kindly responded to me, such as being able to recommend tastings comfortably and explaining the bread pleasantly.
The smile that conveys the goodness and kindness of people was impressive and I was impressed.
This time, I bought "French bread (300 yen including tax)", "Burberry bread (220 yen including tax)", "Baked curry bread (180 yen including tax)" and "Chocolat Flamboise (200 yen including tax)".
"French bread" has a different amount of elasticity inside, and it is a great finish.
The surface has a firm texture, but the inside has a firm and supple elasticity, and the more you chew, the more the sweetness and flavor of wheat will be amplified.
It is characterized by a texture that feels moisturized, like a mid-rustic.
Rather than being authentically made, it tasted more like the specialties of domestic flour.
"Burberry bread" has a strong taste with the burdock's wild flavor.
The surface of the dough is roughly rough, and the inside is firm and has a strong texture. It's a habit to loosen it softly with each chewing.
Surprisingly, there are plenty of ingredients, and the saltiness of bacon and cheese and the crispness of komatsuna are good accents.
The “baked curry bread” is delicious with homemade keema curry, with the sweetness of vegetables.
It's a gentle richness that you can slowly and well cook with tomato base, and it is sweet and not too hot.
The finely chopped carrots and onions have a fluffy texture.
The surface of the bread was crunchy, and the inside was fluffy, making it easy to eat, and the simple taste was well suited to curry.
"Chocolat Flamboise" is an adult dessert bread with dark sweet and sour Framboise compote and rich and rich chocolate cream.
Both the Framboise and the chocolate are seasoned with a strong flavor, but the fluffy Huni Huni soft white bread was well received and harmonious.
I like the fluffy feeling of Framboise seeds.

It's a little small size, but the contents are packed tightly and there is a feeling of weight, so I am satisfied.
Delicious bread and dessert bread are also delicious, but especially basic bread such as French bread and loaf is delicious without any doubt, so I recommend that you try it as well.
We are particular about ingredients and are delicious! The price is a bit high, but they just come here. The cream is also delicious. Anko is delicious! Both blue cheese and cream cheese bread are delicious! My son also likes melon bread!
There seemed to be sticking to the material, and there was a board on the side of the cash register describing the production area of the main material. Most of them seemed to use domestic materials. Therefore, the price is about 250-350 yen per item.
Although there are few types of bread, there were many breads that seemed to be delicious, such as cream bread, bread with 100% whole grain kneaded fruit, and sand.
