Bad attitude. Doesn't rent to foreigners but this is not noted anywhere. Better service provided nearby at big company.

The location is not good. The customer service is not good. The facilities of the store itself are not bad. There is a vending machine. There is only one toilet.

I often use it for karaoke. The location is good, the room is large and there is a refrigerator so you can bring in various things and keep them cool. It's easy to use, but one drawback. I always wonder if the toilet can be managed.

I wanted to come to the store for the purpose of karaoke, so I called to check if there was a vacant room and make a reservation, but no matter how many times I called. No answer when I call again one hour later. I thought I had stopped making reservations over the phone, and when it was full, I went directly to play in the neighboring subtropics and was told that the next vacancy would be two and a half hours later. When I told him that he didn't make a phone call and asked if he had stopped making a reservation over the phone, he said, "We accept reservations over the phone. I couldn't answer because I couldn't answer the phone." Was said in a ridiculous tone. I've been calling after a lot of time, so I think this is just a neglect of duty. It's really the worst. There was no word of apology. That burdock glasses clerk I think it's really garbage.

Karaoke is cheap and rental cars are also recommended at a reasonable price!
