I have been here for two years.
In the gymnastics class only for women, I guess the number of those who are around 60 is the largest
All five coaches are women. Everyone is exercising brightly and jokingly.
In the past, when I went to a fitness club, I was an amateur and I didn't know how many machines to do, how many coaches, men, few people, I couldn't listen, so I quit.
On that point, Curves is good because there is an automatic machine change for 30 minutes each time, and there is a coach's attention.
Every month, there is a measurement of physical changes, which is also a good encouragement.
