Worst customer experience I have ever had in japan. Bought a washing machine from them. Was a pain to have delivered. Had it for less than 6 months so it should have been covered for them to take back if they didn’t buy it.
Not only did they refuse pickup and tell me to have a friend with a car bring it to them, when I finally did bring it to them they said “oh you laid it sideways we can’t use it. You have to pay for disposal.” It was in the car for less than 20 minutes. ¥3240 for nothing.
Terrible service and shady business.
Only reason this is a one is I can’t post a zero.
Really good selection of appliances and furniture. Delivery was included in the posted price since we were in the local area. They carried the huge refrigerator up three flights of stairs and carefully slid it across my floor on clean blankets. They set it in position and made sure I knew not to plug it in until it had enough time for the refrigerant to drain back into the compressor. I will use them again.
They also had microwaves (some new), washers, and other appliances. Upstairs is full of furniture.

Awesome selection
There was a simple assembly desk that I bought new! Moreover, it is beautiful and cheap! I failed !! Even if there are differences in the degree of products (good or bad), there are many, so it is fun to "search".
