I didn't know that Kuri-kinton was famous in Gifu. Not only Kuri-kinton, but also chestnuts and sweet potatoes, Western confectionery and baked confectionery! The products are slightly different depending on the season, so it's also fun. It's a namagashi, so the deadline is short, but I think it's proof of its freshness and deliciousness. It's a place to visit once!

I went to buy my favorite chestnut dora. Both Japanese and Western sweets specializing in chestnuts are on sale. The chestnut dora here is different from the bean paste sandwiched between them, which is a chestnut paste that generally contains azuki beans in Kanro-ni.

I visited after noon. The inside of the store was very dense due to the timing.
