They have very poor efficiency. Every time I go in and even with the simplest paperwork, they make me wait over thirty minutes to an hour. If you are in a hurry or you want to get things done, this bank is not recommended.

When I went to deposit small change within the window, I was told that I should wait for about 15 minutes and it will not be finished by 15:00. It's an exaggeration. I've accepted it once. Moreover, the middle-aged male clerk who came to explain it was just an excuse for treating the receptionist woman as a bad guy. This is bad for a situation where another young woman, a Teller in charge of asset management, puts loose coins into the bag while making a noise I feel like I'm doing something. I was very upset. It's amazing how someone with no morals, dignity, or self-control handles the money of others. I will not use it again. Please be careful.
